  • I absolutely enjoyed my first time to Caramba! Everyone was extremely friendly here and the food was served so quickly!! Let me add that we were apart of a party size of almost 20 people! That is amazing for a restaurant that has just opened. I ordered a quesadilla and the amount of food you get is so much! I will definitely be back to Caramba before leaving the Phoenix area! Great people, great food! I recommend that if you live or just visiting the Scottsdale area you give Caramba a try for good authentic Hispanic food.
