| - My husband and I pretty much fly to Vegas from DC just to visit this club. That's how much we like Marquee!
First time in Vegas in December, we didn't plan on going out even though we knew that was the "thing" to do in Vegas, but at the very last minute we decided to go out. First timers in Vegas and staying at the Vdara, we had no idea about clubs here aside from hearing the names Tao and Hakkasan. However, we had walked past Marquee earlier in the day and we decided on a whim that since it's close, we should give it a try...WOW. We got inside very quick (first timers, paid $75 total for cover charge) was surprised that we had to go through security (clubs in DC don't do that). Going up the elevator we were already inside the club! There was a pretty well known DJ that night and the club was packed, but also had enough room for us to enjoy our time together. The gogo dancers seemed like "real dancers" not the dirty dance type of dancers, which I was extremely impressed with. We stayed until around 3am, (we actually didn't even realize that it was already 3 am) Drinks are reasonably priced here IMO. Oh, and don't forget to take some pictures with the video booth :)
We just visit Marquee again early March to see Deorro. This time, we got in touch with a promoter, so we were able to get expedite entry and free admission. The club was packed again already at around 11:30pm. We danced our night away and ended up staying until 4am!
Bottom line, if you like dressy type clubs, this is the place for you!
We can't wait to go back again.
