  • I have dined at the Biltmore location, and always enjoyed it, but drifted to the variety of fine dining spots in N Scottsdale in the interim. After a few mediocre experiences at these other places, we decided to try the Capital Grille in Scottsdale - it was a perfect meal! The check-in was very pleasant,and handled quickly on a very busy evening. Giovanni took great care of us (attentive but non-intrusive service), and we never had to wait long for anything! The menu has so many tasty options, and the dishes we ordered were prepared to perfection (and I am a bit picky!!). Kudos to the staff, the Chefs, and the management - they all clearly take pride in what they do!
