  • I've only been to the new location at Rainbow near 215 and frankly I'm disappointed. I went to that location because it was near my house. I found a coupon off of their website and made an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was super nice and I thought "it'll be worth it especially with the coupon". Well, I showed up and some other girl greeted me and she wad rude. She said my dog has short hair so I can't use my coupon because it's not the type of grooming the coupon includes. I told her that I checked on their website and she was like "nope" and pretty much cut me off and told me it's $35 and that's the end of it. I felt cheated but my dog needed to be groomed so I sucked it up and left him with her. I got a call that my dog is ready less than 45 minutes later which made me wonder if he was actually groomed or how well he's groomed since the rude girl told me that she couldn't take my dog right away. She told me she really liked my dog blah blah blah. But by now, I was so unhappy that I reluctantly paid the $35 and left. If it wasn't for the fact dog needed a groom, I wouldve left and shopped around some more. The star is for the nice lady who answered the phone. I don't plan on returning to this joint.
