  • I have been coming to this location for about one year. I've gotten my children's hair cut here and my own. My last visit really disappointed me. I am growing out a short pixie cut and the stylist cut my bob crooked! The right side is a half inch shorter than the left side. I didn't notice until going home to blow dry it myself, since the stylist did not dry it as they normally do. I went back to see if it could be fixed or refunded. The stylist trimmed a little more off and after seeing that it was still crooked and resembled a bowl haircut she insisted it was fine. After letting her try to fix the mess up, it was worse. Then she suggested that I cut it back into an inverted bob and lose all of the growing that I've done for months and months.....no.....I do not want you to further ruin or cut my hair. I will never return to this Great Clips, they did nothing to resolve heir mistake (just made it worse) and I am stuck with a terrible cut and I'm out nearly $20 (tip included). I will stick to my regular place and experienced stylist at Ulta. Never again Great Clips, you've done nothing but make me resemble a character from Dumb and Dumber or maybe the new Willy Wonka...thanks for that.
