  • I needed someone to fix my wood floors asap. My rent was almost up and I really didn't want to lose my deposit. Timing was terrible as it was the holiday season and no one was responding. I ended up messaging Shay asking him if he could do the job and when he could do it. This was on Christmas day. I wasn't expecting an answer but he messaged me back quickly that he could do it that night if I wanted. I was pretty surprised to even get a response and I definitely was not expecting him to be willing to come on a holiday. I wasn't available so we scheduled it for the next morning. He showed as expected and analyzed the work needed. He told me it that it could be done and gave me a flat rate. He did his best to match the wood grain and it ended up looking fine. It was good enough that the landlord didn't notice on the walk through and I got my full deposit back. Quick and efficient.
