  • I of course never wish, on anyone, the need to come to a place like this. Especially for the reason we ended up here, but as a pet owner it's just inevitable. That being said, despite the reason being terrible, I felt so well taken care of. I rushed in with a seizing dog, and they must have noticed the urgency on my face because they grabbed him out of my arms and rushed him to the back to start treating him. When it came time to discuss options for treatment, they were understanding of the fact that, while we would love to pay all the money in the world to save our pets, not everyone is swimming in the dough. They created 3 different quotes for me, that offered only slightly less care on each one to drop the price. When I was leaving, my dog still in their care, they told me I could come see him when I wanted and/or call for updates if I needed them. Unfortunately into the evening in became clear that Romeo was not coming back from his damage, and they talked me through letting him go as well. I had never done it before, so that was very comforting. Upon check out they offered to handle the cremation service for me, and I got his ashes in less than a week. In a very beautiful simple wooden box as well. They also gave me a clay paw print of his the night he passed. Like I said, it's an experience I wish on no one, but as it inevitably will happen, I would 100% recommend Blue Pearl.
