I want to love this place, because it's so cute and has really unique decor items. However, the service is simply terrible--so bad that I feel compelled to write a review. I stopped in the Legacy location at Christmas to inquire about a copper birdbath that my mom had fallen in love with. It was no longer in the store, but they took my information down and said they would order one for me. After about a month, I called to check and they had no record of what I was talking about. I figured I'd wait until Mother's Day and order it again.
Called several weeks before Mother's Day to put in the order again--credit card number was taken and they said it would be in the store before the holiday for my mom to pick up. I called a few days before Mother's Day to see if it was ready, and sure enough, they hadn't placed the order. On top of that, they said it could take months to come in because they apparently get these items from Europe. Why that wasn't told to me in the first place, I have no idea, but I'm very disappointed. Perhaps they should get some organizational items to go along with their home decor!
