  • Walked in and waited for 15 minutes before someone even attended to me. There were 4 people in their uniforms just staring at me and proceeded to go back to talking to each other. Then just when I thought they would actually come to me two employees came up to the register and started arguing for another 5 minutes and continued to ignore me. Finally another lady came out and answered a phone call before helping me even though I've been waiting for awhile now. When I finally got my food, my fries were rock hard (pictured below) and my wings barely had any sauce. So disappointed. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this will be the last time I will go to one if this is the kind of service they give to their customers.
