  • I have frequented this laundromat many times because of its proximity to my home. I have always found it to be clean, and the one time I lost money in a machine, I was promptly refunded. However, the owner has recently been rude to me and other customers. When he became aware of the hours homeless people, paying customers, were using the machines, he shut down the facility for those hours, and cursed at another customer seeking to help them. As if being without a home is not enough of an injustice, being disrespectful to anyone is simply poor customer service. This establishment is not in line with my values or those of my community, and I will start taking my laundry elsewhere.
