  • Last summer, I bought a foreclosed house to renovate. I was having difficulty finding an insurance company that would cover the house due to conditions in the basement which I couldn't fix until I owned the house. State Farm was the only insurance company I could find that was willing to cover house "as is" for closing. Their customer service was excellent and easy to manage covering of my house. I have had my house insured with this State Farm branch for the last 6 months.
