  • Original post below. I had to return an item today and to my surprise the staff was very polite and helped me out 100% Ericka the head cashier needs to move to management. She is a pleasure to deal with and is what will make me come back. Still 2 stars because the exact same management team is in place regarding former issue Save yourself the hassle and go to Home Depot. Been a lowes customer for 8 years abs this store has single handled ruined their reputation with me. Poor customer service, managers are argumentative, store manger doesn't care (wouldn't even come talk to me) always understaffed.......the list goes on and on.
