  • I hate to have to do this and update my review but after 2 consecutive service department failures I'm less enthusiastic about this place. They have a good sales department and are helpful if you are looking for a new bike, but I will not use their service department again. The quality of work is fine but the attention to detail is lacking. My last 2 visits have both ended in me having to go back to point out very obvious mistakes in their work. It's too bad b/c I like the guys in the shop, but I'm not interested in driving across the city multiple times to deal with mistakes and misses.
