As a groom who doesn't often rent a tuxedo, the process can be a little daunting. You could go to Men's Wearhouse first like I did and deal with car salesmen pushing anything they can on you regardless of whether it fits your theme well, or you could go to The Tuxedo Shoppe and get personal attention from the owner who genuinely cares about your event. I first went on a scouting mission during my lunch break, not sure what to expect. I had no idea what I wanted, and no idea what to ask for. Susan took all the pressure off of me, showed me lots of different combinations, and even moved things around in her shop so I could see how they looked in different lighting. The next time I went in with my wife (then fiancee) and we had a similarly excellent experience. I visited two more times, once to pick up my tuxedo and once to return it; all were very pleasant experiences. I'm not usually one to write good reviews because businesses rarely impress me, but The Tuxedo Shoppe is an exceptional example of a local customer focused business and they deserve to have support from our community.
