Don't get me wrong Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar's Palace is the best buffet with the best food offered, but be warned the buffet is misleading. You will read online that you can sign in at a kiosk so you won't have to wait in line, however, that is false and a marketing scheme. You can register at a kiosk and will receive a time to come back and wait in line for an hour and a half. One would think you would be automatically seated after registering at a kiosk for the buffet and having to wait 2 hours to return, but what you are registering for is a reservation to stand in line at a later time for a 2 hour wait to enter the buffet. This false marketing is created so people do not leave for another buffet if they knew how ridiculously long their lines are. In addition they make you pay half way in line so after a 1 hour wait you will pay the $50 something dollars for the buffet and be obligated to stand in line for an additional hour while waiting to be seated. Furthermore, after being seated customer service is horrendous due to the amount of people in the buffet and lack of servers. We stayed in there for an hour and never had our drinks refilled once. We weren't the only ones as other tables had empty cups on their tables for hours also. For the price, lack of service, and long line wait I would not recommend Bucchanal Buffet and would rather eat at the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan or any other buffet because price wise and food wise Bucchanal is not that superior to be demanding an addition $10 to $15 dollars more for their dinner buffet. In addition, if I am paying that much more have your service people refill my drink at least once the whole time I am there. Horrible service!
