  • First appointment and told my dog will be waiting for 4 dogs ahead before seen. I made appt at earlier time to get him right in and ended up leaving. My dog has never been restrained and i'll be damned if I ever let him be leashed. Very bad first impression, dont know how the grooming is. while typing this review, I received a call from the owner and she appologized for the way i was treated and asked me to bring him back. I declined as I have already made another appointment for him and do not want to return. being the owner, she should have had better control of the business. Sorry, lost customer.
