  • Editing my review from before-- My first experience here, about 8 months ago, was disappointing. What should have been a simple fix to my aux port turned into a $200+ radio replacement service. I wasn't happy with the end result and ended up fixing my aux port myself and removing the radio previously sold to me. Fast forward, and the new manager of this Audio Express heard about what happened. He went out of his way to redeem my experience and took back the radio that was once installed in my car. He was punctual in his responses and accommodating to my situation. The level of service I received the second time around completely changed my experience and opinion of this place! I would recommend going back, now that it's under new management and seems to have restored integrity in their services!
