  • I have had good experience with this location in the past. However, today was not a good one. It is Veterans Day and they advertised free oil changes for Veterans. The web site encouraged to make an appointment and I did for 10am. The day before my appointment I received an email reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived they refused to honor my appointment stating it was first come first serve and there was 15 people ahead of me. I didn't wait. I appreciate Meinke honoring veterans but is bad business to not honor its commitments
