rev:text	My husband gets his hair cut at this place religiously my a gentlemen named Ray (amazing!). We walk in, Ray greats us, tells us he will be with us in a minute. We take a seat. A lady and her child walks in about 10 minutes after we sit down. An employee of yours by the name of Destiny walks over and asks the new lady her name. My husband says "my wife wants to get a blow out and we weren't checked in". Destiny finishes helping the new lady and then asks me my name and puts me. She tells the lady that came in 10 mins after me will be before me. I tell her I was there first. She reply "oh,that's right I did hear Ray say hello to you". She doesn't apologize she gets ruder and says oh well you will probably be at the same time anyway. The time comes and she leans over the counter, intentionally speaking loud enough for me to hear tells the lady "I HAVE to take her because she supposedly was here first but I will give you a coupon because of this". I interject and say I don't want to be rude, the little girl can go first. Destiny says (super loud). I AM RUDE??? I said "I didn't say you were rude I said I didn't want to be rude" she says "well ok then". Never apologizing not one time. I proceed to say Jesus lady calm down. She says well my name is Destiny and then takes the other lady back as though I had done something wrong. It was so embarrassing. My normal lady who does my hair is on vacation, I just wanted a blow out. I am humiliated and and so embarrassed. This employee is so so rude and I can't believe you allow someone like this to represent your company. This will be the last time I come here. I will find someone else to do my blow out when my girl is on vacation.
