  • Slow, bad service. Often make wraps or sandwiches wrong, extra ingredients, missing ingredients. 15+ minutes for foods to come out. Employees slowly trotting around the back looking like they're in no rush to get orders out when there's 15 people in the store with nothing in front of them. Meh.
