  • Went to this location before the airport. Wrong food received, waited 15 minutes for replacement. Food still not received. Manager was informed, did not come over until I waved her over. No apology, offered refund for one item only. Complained on website survey, offered coupon for free sandwich, not even refund. Worst customer service of any fast food chain I have ever received.
