Pretty sure they only get business through Home Warranty companies because they don't do their job. Had someone come out, who was a couple hours late from the time window that was quoted. Diagnosis was a broken motor which they had to order through the home warranty company (HSA). The only problem, was that they never actually reported anything to the home warranty company, so when I called the warranty company 5 DAYS LATER- they said they had no order and had to reach out to Christian Appliance Repair for the diagnosis. I have not been able to get a response from Christian, as the telephone goes straight to voicemail, during their stated and limited business hours. It's a shame that the home warranty companies hire and keep these type of incompetent businesses operating.
