Nice concept- but is it any better than self-serve fro-yo or shaved ice? That's still a toss up in my book. The ice cream is a big block cylinder which is then shaved down into paper thin sheets which creates a very light a fluffy ice cream experience. My problem was that they were a little stingy with their toppings. I tried the green tea with the red bean which was a good combination. I wouldn't drive out of my way to have this, but it's the perfect dessert to have after you've had a nice steaming bowl of ramen over at Monta :)
