  • I called office to make follow up appointment from ER visit for kidney stone When I called the office at 3:30, their answering service answered and took message. Their office returned my call at 4:30pm. The woman stated that dr Newman's next available appointment was on 6/11/18. I asked, what about the advertisement on their website for same day or next day appointments (see picture). She said that no appointments were available and to possibly call around to other physicians. False advertising on website and poor customer service.
