  • They cleaned my dress and burned the arm then tried to cover it up. When I brought it to their attention they denied it. I will never go back to a dry cleaners that lies when they have damaged something. Makes me think they will say they "lost" something snd will take It home and put it in their closet. Why on earth would I take a dress in to be dry cleaned with w burn on the sleeve that I wore all the time. It was one of my favorite dresses, I was sad to lose it. It's not like it was a $300 dress either! Bad business practice here folks
