  • Everyone there was very nice and very helpful, but I have to give a one star because I was double charged for a day and could not get refunded. Everyone was nice except for the guy who would not refund me. He said I needed the invoice, but I didn't keep it because I didn't think I would need it. Although everyone else was very nice, I lost about $50. I chose budget to save money and ended up paying double. Not cool.
