  • I started attending Moksha in the New Year. I love it. I am not really a fan of Hot Yoga...but there are some great non-heated classes there (2 huge practice spaces, one hot, one not). Mysore with Mark and Vinyasa flow with Vikram are both excellent classes. Because I like to make the most of my unlimited passes, I have begun to suck up the heat and attend a couple hot classes a week as well. Still not my preference...but the Power Flow classes are fun and challenging. The Moksha classes, while not as varied as the Yoga I prefer to practice, are intense and the instructors are great. I love taking Moksha classes with Trish, and Power Flow with Darcy and Vikram...but really ALL the instructors I have practiced with have been awesome. The space itself is beautiful, with a large sitting room and always hot tea. Even when you come out of class after 9pm, the staff welcome you to sit and chat over tea for a few minutes instead of rushing you out the door. The changerooms are huge and clean, with lockers-you exchange car keys for a lock, but I usually leave my valuables in my car-and 6 (6!) showers. Ample parking in the lot next door, and right in front if I get there early enough. I haven't been to the spa yet, but it looks clean and friendly and I am sure to soon. So glad to have discovered this awesome spot! My only hope is that they start to have non-heated classes every night! I know, it is a Moksha studio so of course I knew what I was getting into when I joined, but they have a non-heated room...so the space is there and hopefully it will be fully utilized soon.
