| - I flew out of Minneapolis this morning and had a very bad experience. My reservation did not show up on the kiosk, so I had to go to the desk. My attendant Renee was extremely rude. I told her my flight was to Charlotte and then Atlanta, and when she asked my name, I started to spell my first name, and she cut me off and handed me my ticket without making eye contact (there was no line behind me). As I walked away, I realized she gave me a ticket for a "Judith" that ended up in a totally different city than Atlanta. When I went back she did not remember me (it had been less than 5min), and it took her over 20min to get my actual tickets due to some "bug in the system." When I first explained the mix up with the tickets, she accused me as tho it was my fault.
A number of people had trouble with the kiosks due to the airline still being split between US Airways and American. Also, the flight attendant on my first flight was extremely condescending and rude to a family that had a silly question about their connecting flight (they thought they would miss it, but they had just read the times incorrectly), and I heard the flight attendant gossiping to her coworkers about the family's silly mistake. Overall, not very good care for customers across the board.
