I decided to visit this yoga studio because of the reviews. It did not disappoint. The pace and style of the class was perfect - not too fast or slow. Plenty of hip-opening moves which was much appreciated. The people are friendly and warm as is the setting. The changing rooms are a couple notches above what I am accustomed to seeing in yoga studios in San Francisco - showers and a hair dryer. Nicely decorated. The mat I rented was new and cushy. Mat, blanket and class cost 22.00 Canadian dollars - a deal. I took the the class taught in French thinking it would be a chance to improve my French but I found the teacher's accent to be different than my teacher who is from Paris. (Took a Pilates class in French the day before and for some reason understood her no problem - accents vary so much here.) A pretty accent but difficult to understand all the words - save a handful. They offer classes in both English and French. In a nice area - great places to eat including Fairmount Bagels - yum..
