  • Worst customer service in the history of Travel! We were trying to fly our grandkids form Minnesota to Phoenix for a visit and my son's vacation schedule was changed. Delta charged us $200.00 per ticket to change the dates of the flight. How do they justify this policy and what year is it at Delta Airlines? The policy to charge $200.00 per ticket is almost mean spirited. Nice work Delta!!! Hello Southwest Airlines
