  • I'm active duty military and I went to buy a Countryman. Long story short, I got taken advantage of being female & going in alone because then ran my credit and it came back excellent & now I'm receiving mail back from all the creditors they applied for loans and now those banks are telling me to counter offer. I should of used my bank to negotiate. Scott one of the managers is very shady individual. I asked him point blank in front of the finance manager, how much did you make off this deal and he couldn't answer me. Where as other dealerships I've dealt with have been very honest with me ($500 or $1000) I want a manager to call me. On other note, I give the service department a 5 rating. Carlo & Juan were phenomenal of getting my windows tinted! v/r, Tiffany D
