  • Used the urgent care and pharmacy after I had stepped on a nail and needed a tetanus shot. Got the shot and antibiotics and was in and out in just over 30 minutes. The receptionist, nurse, doctor and pharmacy staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'll mention I currently work for Cigna and was pleased to see Cigna Medical Group doing such a fantastic job. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I did feel a bit rushed through the steps. But this is what gets you in and out the door quickly and staff did take time to answer questions when I had them.
