  • My colleague brought me here for my birthday. January. I've been a couple of times for a cup of ice cream with all the free bits. Today I decided price wise I might as well buy a litre and leave it at work for my stress eating moments. 1L = $10.95 no where on the board next to that section does it say there is a charge for the extras (Skor, Oreo, etc). I go to pay and the total was $16 and change!! I'm like what?! It's $10.95. She says: oh no, $3 for each thing you picked. Me: What?! That is not stated on the board!! She: I'll charge for two items then. Me: I shouldn't be charged for any! I even spoke to her in French to make sure she was communicating the correct information. Her English is so so. Not impressed! Bad customer service.
