It's unfortunate when a company expands into different markets and loses their identity. I grew up in CA and spent many a weekend night on the corner of Rampart and Beverly enjoying a chili burger and fries.
The name may be the same, but that's where the similarities end. Staff should be trained to know the menu and history of the company. The chili makes the brand and there was barely any to be found on the food, which is unfortunate.
