Today I ordered 2 bags of ice $2.15 after tax and waited in one of the parking places patiently for my bags. About 7 minutes later a gentleman come to my car with 2 plastic carry out bags "CARRY OUT BAGS". He informs me that his manager "DIRECTED" him to put the ice in the bags, tie the bags and, bring them out. That is extremely poor customer service and even more poor management skills. If you were out of bags why not say that before I order my bags instead of bringing possibly dropped bags, maybe bags from a discarded order or, whatever you find laying around in arms reach. Even the employee that brought me the bags didn't feel confident in giving them to me. I understand that these are franchises but if you are running/managing the franchise you would want to bring forth that excellent customer service. I will NOT be coming back to that location again.
