  • We have used this company a number of times in the past and had been pretty happy with them which is why they earned 3 stars instead of only the 1. We called them in June about our faulty pool heater. Someone came out and fixed it and it did run a couple days. We paid our bill thinking it was fixed. We called them a few days later to tell them it wasn't working. Again they sent someone out to repair the heater. No charge as it was a follow up. Once again the heater didn't work longer than a couple days. We called for a third appointment. When no one showed up after 5 days, we called back to find we weren't even on the schedule. Someone did show up a third time and fixed our heater for the third time. The heater worked for about an hour. A couple days later we got a bill for a new visit. To pay for a still broken water heater. We will be looking for a new company.
