  • I was in the middle of a busy work day driving all day to different medical offices to work on computers and networks when my Accord's spark plug #3 got gunked up from the Eco Mode again. I stopped at 3 different places to see if someone could install the spark plug I had purchased - they were all too busy to help me out. Until I found Richie Schilk, a Service Advisor, at Midas. This kid was actually double-timing to and from the shop to grab tools to help me out on a very hot day. He took the extra time to advise me how to save some money and changed the spark plug for me. Well, since Richie went out of his way to give me a big hand, I believe I'll take my car to this particular Midas shop when I need repairs. Richie was excellent and deserves a promotion! Make sure and tell the boss that Richie is The Man! Thanks very much, again!
