  • Contacted salesman at Thorobred in order to purchase a vehicle. A set amount was placed on my trade and authorized by the sales manager. I took 3 days to make up my mind over the deal, called the owner to accept and he LOWERED my trade value by $2000 ! Sir, as a business when you make a commitment to a customer... you should honor any offer made by your employees ! I can not in good conscience reccomend this dealer - buy elsewhere.
