  • If I could give this company a 0 stars ....I would! Why Old Republic uses this company is beyond me. I listened to a recording for 13 minutes, then they put me on hold for longer. I don't need your excuse that you have 1 person answering the phone. Get it together! I have an idea HIRE more staff! I have no idea why this company based in Chandler is trying to do business in Prescott. You need to obviously hire more staff like another dispatcher and plumbers. I'm sorry but I'm not waiting a week for you to get someone here. What kind of service do you provide. I have NO HOT water, this is urgent. I am a single mom and you want me to wait until next week for hot water? What a horrible suggestion by your dispatcher! Old Republic has already been notified about this. I would not ever use this company!
