  • The people at this place are extremely friendly and professional! Unfortunately, I've forgotten the name of the nice young woman who helped me with my eye exam before seeing the doctor. She was seriously the nicest woman I have ever met! The doctor himself was also very kind and professional. He gave me great advice for dealing with my super dry eyes. (I've complained of dry eye problems for years at other places - Target Optical and Nationwide Vision - but no one ever gave me any advice until now!) The women who helped me pick out my glasses were also very helpful and patient! Again, I don't remember any names except Brett. I picked up my glasses a little over a week ago and when I got home, I decided I didn't like the frames. My own fault as I picked them out! I also discovered the no glare lenses were showing up purple due to the lighting at my job. I went in to see if I could exchange them and they let me! (Well I would have to use the warranty to change out my frames, but I'm the one that picked them out in the first place.) Poor Brett, I tried on almost every pair of frames in the place and then decided to just keep the ones I originally had. I work in a resort so I know I was being an annoying customer, but Brett just smiled the entire time and kindly, and patiently, helped me through it! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! They really know how to give people 5 star treatment!
