A few weeks ago we purchased a 2013 pre-owned 328 from this dealership. The process was not too bad, except for the fact that when the "manager" finally agreed to the trade-in price I was asking for he wrote a note saying "you win!", which I found to be somewhat of a smart-ass gesture on his part. When it came to take care of the after-sale details things didn't go too well. The guy that was going to call me to set up the Sirius was 1-1/2 hours late in calling. When the registration arrived in the mail we had new plates which we specifically told the sales person we did not want, we wanted to keep the old ones. Not only that, the sticker is only good for 6-mo. Somewhere they dropped the ball and now that I'm calling back to resolve, their willingness to take care the issue is not up to par. The sales person (Jake) is trying but we're both getting the double talk from their management. This makes the 5th BMW I've purchased there over the years, but their level of customer service to take care of the little details (something you expect from BMW) seems to have greatly suffered. Perhaps the new management forgot how to treat customers? In any case, don't buy a BMW there! Run and go somewhere else. By the way, I also plan to provide BMW North America an update on my recent experience.
