  • Outstanding! This company favors their guest relations over everything! I had an oddball situation with these guys but in the end it turned out great, I payed LESS than what I was originally even quoted. I scheduled an appointment with Get Your Move On about two weeks before our move, and somehow they accidentally lost our appointment. We did not find out they lost our appointment until moving day, and luckily we were only moving a 1 bedroom apartment with big furniture. I called and in less than an hour management found a solution to the problem. Originally they were to come between 7:30AM - 8AM, they managed to get there at about 10AM because he took two guys from another job and gave us a free extra hand to pack up! Seriously that saved us about $55 for the extra person and they got the job done FAST! They wrapped every single thing in wrap or pads. We finally got to our destination which was about 45 minutes away. They were kind and unloaded the entire truck quickly. Unfortunately one of our pieces of furniture was damaged, and they were going to go home and fix the problem by doing the full report. So we finally went inside and were hanging around for 20 minutes. Then, after we expected they were gone they come back to have me speak to the manager. The manager took care of the issue IMMEDIATELY he did not want to wait until they got back to do the damage report. He gave us a very fair discount one I was happy enough to either fix the furniture myself or repair it. Impeccable and accurate. These guys are the best thing in town. They are not like Two Men and a Truck, they are premium movers they move high quality high value items. And they made this a super easy move even when I was in the middle of my midterm week! DO NOT HESITATE!
