  • I loved my former 2010 Lexus , I hate this new 2015 GS350, I'm not happy with being misrepresented in several ways , 1. I asked for a car with all the bells & whistles. 2. I asked what the diff was between 2 cars & was told "the handling"..(there was much more. 3. I was told they didn't have 2016's in so I settled for a 2015..3. I told them I would make many principal payments to pay off my car sooner, & was told it was great to do that, leading me to believe I could , I agreed to let them finance the car... Only to find out after signing contract that they put extra money you pay on future months, NOT the principal as I was led to believe ... The car doesn't have the features my old Lexus had , wish I would have kept it .. I was also lied to by a Dave who looks after first 30 days of new buyers... He had the nerve to tell me that the license plate was a handicap plate... What an insult to my intelligence, when I could clearly see that it was a regular one. I could go on .... I will not buy from them again & probably will switch to a Lincoln soon & take a big loss on this piece of shit.
