First time visiting this location. My wife and I drove an hour to see a used car for sale with history of a car accident. We initially called to inquire about the car and spoke with an internet sales manager named Paul Ramlal, who told us to ask for him when we arrived. Worse experience ever. Paul stated since he was a busy man, he would email an itemized breakdown of costs regarding extended warranty. He never sent it but stated a 4 year warranty with platinum coverage would cost $3,616 and that it was $200 over cost! I know for a fact that kind of coverage ranges $1400 to $2000 because I have relatives in the car dealership industry. He is untrustworthy and a shark, do your research before dealing with him or just avoid him. After I told him I wasn't interested, he said the car w as already sold. That is unprofessional and shows poor character. The worse customer service experience ever with Paul Ramlal.
