  • When a diagnosis of cancer strikes a family pet, the aftermath can be devastating. My dog was given that diagnosis and I turned to A.V.O. for help. Dr. Rachel Venable, DVM was thorough, kind, and explained the diagnosis, the treatment regimen, and the prognosis for my dog. Her staff was compassionate and went beyond what was expected to make certain my dog was comfortable and well cared for. I was extremely pleased with the care provided and recommend Arizona Veterinary Oncology without reserve. Their Glendale office is based out of Midwestern University - Veterinary College and they are there Wednesdays and Thursdays. Other days, they are at their Gilbert or Scottsdale locations.
