  • Deceptive, dishonest and rude. Luckily we read reviews on the way there and paid attention. We were looking for a car and received a scam flyer in the mail saying you won a free car. Talked to Haley on the phone and she was very nice. Went in, (read reviews on the way) and asked for Haley. Got Wonda instead, who apparently thought we were idiots. When telling her what Carmax offered for our car, she rudely told us they weren't Carmax. In case the suspense was killing you on collecting our winnings from the flyer, she laughed and between bouts of high pressure trying to get us to sign up for junk mail and phone calls said we won a $5 Wal-Mart gift card. Then actually had the audacity to say they had to pick up the gift cards from the bank tomorrow so we'd have to come back again since we wouldn't fill out any paperwork. Please let them know you aren't buying there based on Yelp reviews!
