  • The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We made a reservation online and when we arrived to pick it up, after waiting in line to about 30 min - just keep in mind we hat throughout that time, the employees asked several times who was waiting for a truck and who was waiting for a vehicle - this employee that "helped" us, a heavy set African American female, whom I should've gotten the name, was extremely rude and stated that even though we had a confirmed reservation they did not have any trucks available (as I stared at several trucks parked in their lot). She kept going on and on about how the website shouldn't be allowing people to make reservations because they were completely out of trucks. I asked her about the trucks in the lot and she said they were taken. I asked if she could check for me which other location I could go get the truck that I had a confirmed reservation for. She said no, I had to call customer service and have them look it up for me. Nonetheless I called customer service and they said they were gonna look up where there was a truck available for me and then someone would call me back sometime in the next 2 hrs. I was already really irritated at the lack of professionalism from the Budget employees therefore I left and started calling other places. THANK GOD FOR UHAL!!!!! Anyway, someone from customer service called about 30 min after I had contacted them and told me that the location I was at (when I originally called them) had PLENTY of trucks available and he wasn't understanding the issue. I explained to him what had happened from the beginning and he seemed to be almost in as much disbelieve as I was, and he stated he would contact their store manager about it. He's the reason for that only star I left up there, even though he didn't really help me as I ended up getting a truck from somewhere else. I don't even know if anyone will ever read this, or if it will even matter but I have never been so frustrated in my life.
