  • Poor service scheduling. Came in for my appointed time only to have my service refused, because their so-called "technician" is not qualified to work/replace a car battery. Ok, if they knew that they only have this technician to work in the shop that day/time then why accept my appointment in the first place or at least give me a call or a heads up so that I could've make other plans for my day. So unprofessional, so annoying. Never again bastards!
