  • Came into this nail salon for the 1st time today. Was not very impressed with the atmosphere I did get back into the chair pretty quickly I came in for gel nails and a polish change on my toes. When I ask the girl when she was doing my nails to put a powder coat on with the gel it was like she didn't know what I was talking about. I've been to multiple salons throughout The Valley and every one of them does it the same way except for this 1 she referred me to her manager and he didn't even know what he was doing. After he put the powder on he started using a drill on my nails the whole purpose of gel is to have no drills on my nails because it ruins my nail bed. I tried to describe to him 4 times as what the other nail salons do and it was like he didn't believe me and each time I have this done the nail salons charge me a $5 extra upgrade which I'm fine with. And for it to take almost 2 hours for me to get a Polish change and gel nails was absolutely ridiculous I've had this done multiple times before and I've only been in the salon for an hour at most. Will never go back to the salon ever again. And they also charged me way more than any of the other much much nicer salons have charged.
