  • What a horrible company to do business with. Every year we have to spend an hour with their customer service department on billing issues. We've had a Pitney Bowes postal meter for years. They recently devised a program called "Purchase Power" wherein they switched our account, involuntarily, to an account with an available credit line instead of our normal pay-as-you-go account. The fees went up a great deal, nobody called and offered the program and when we contested the change getting the fees reversed was an absolute mess. Moreover, when you call customer service (if "Irish" answers be prepared to repeat yourself several times) it seems like half do not speak or understand English very well and they simply toss your call from one department to another. What has happened to this postal icon? Do yourself a favor, seek an alternative.
